In 2005, Bud Crouch observed a law enforcement officer inside his vehicle making a feeble attempt to use a ticket booklet as a stable surface for his laptop.  After witnessing this, Bud set out to create a more comfortable, convenient, and effective way to utilize one’s vehicle as an IT office environment- and the Buddy Desk was invented.
